Really liked the atmosphere, and it had an excellent location.
Nice guest house with friendly staff, clean rooms, clean bath rooms, updated and modern. Breakfast being included was a plus
Lovely rooms with nice features, great breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. I'm normally put off by non en-suite accomodation but the closeness of the many bathrooms and the big fluffy bathrobes that were supplied didn't make this a problem. I look forward to staying there again.
The environment is awesome and staffs are really willing to help! We have wonderful time there! If we visit Lisbon agai n, it definitely will be our only choice! Great breakfast, service, location, staff.........
The breakfast was really nice and the reception staff were helpful that give clear information of the city.
It didn't state that all guests will share the several bathrooms when I was making the reservation, it is not that convenient.
It doesn't say clearly that the bathroom and toilet need to be shared.
Stylish decorated. Free internet access. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good beds and pillows, although the matrasses are slightly too hard. Very friendly receptionist.
It's an old house. Therefore, noises from the corridor travel easily into the room and vice versa. Probably, we got the smallest room, which is much too small for a long stay, but it just good enough for one or two nights. Also, during hot nights, the window blinds need to be open in order to open the window for ventilation. No airco in the room.
Combination of price, location and comfort
as our room was on the first floor next to the bathrooms the noise coming from the street as well as from the corridor could sometimes be disruptive
The Dreams Hotel is an amazing value. It's well-designed with comfortable rooms, a super helpful and nice staff, even a good breakfast! It wasn't in the heart of town but I really liked the neighborhood and loved the building it's in.
It was a bit loud in the mornings, since I'm not a morning person.
The ambiance within Lisbon Dreams delighted. I loved the high ceilings and new, clean and contemporary decor. I also enjoyed the family atmosphere of the guesthouse. Even though rooms did not have their own bathroom, I never had trouble using the one nearest to my room.
Agghhh! This cute little hotel does not have air conditioning. While I am accustomed to this in Germany, Lisbon's heat on the days that I stayed was another matter. With one hundred degree temperatures outside, I melted in my room. The hotel provided a fan, but it was on a timer that turned off after 110 minutes. I woke up every two hours during the night because I was so hot and realized that the fan had shut off, so I had to get out of bed each time to turn it back on.
Nice stuff, place, near metro and reception help me get surflesson on the day.Breakfast it´s good. When i go next time Lisboa i go this place.Recards:Harri
Clean, good location, helpful staff.
Could here people coming in and out of rooms at night - expected as it is a guesthouse!
Staff was excellent. Super friendly. It felt more like being at home than in a guesthouse
One of the real plaesures for me was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I learned much about the city and also how to say some things in Portuguese. The rooms and bathrooms were attractive and very clean.
I normally prefer a hotel with a private bathroom. However, the bathrooms here were always spotless and I never had a wait to use one.
Overall the guest house provided a clean, comfortable room, a good breakfast and wifi facilities plus a very friendly, helpful management and staff.
Beds are a little soft, maybe they should have some firm mattresses to offer a comfort choice.
